Your information, explained

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 6, 2026

How CreateMy handles information when you read our website, follow links or contact us, including disclosures for advertising if it is introduced.

1. Scope and contact

This policy applies to the public CreateMy website, including its articles and information pages. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the CreateMy publication. It does not govern independent websites that we link to.

For questions or requests about information handled by the publication, email AbagiuOmbretta@gmail.com. You can also find our editorial contact details on the Contact page.

2. Information we process

Technical information needed to deliver the website

When a browser requests a page or image, hosting and network systems may process an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, referring page and diagnostic or security events. Hosting providers may record some of this information in operational logs.

Information you send to us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the message and any information or attachments you choose to include. Please send only what is necessary for the question or request, and avoid passwords, payment details or sensitive medical information.

Features currently available

Readers can browse without an account. The current public site does not provide reader profiles, comments, on-site payments, newsletter registration or an on-site contact form. It does not load third-party analytics or advertising code as of the update date above. If those features are introduced, we will update this policy and provide any required notices or choices before the related processing begins.

3. How information is used

  • Deliver pages and images requested by your browser.
  • Maintain performance, diagnose errors and protect against misuse.
  • Respond to correspondence, content corrections and privacy requests.
  • Keep records needed to address a request, resolve a dispute or meet applicable obligations.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, the applicable basis depends on the activity and jurisdiction, such as operating and securing the website, responding to a request, complying with law or obtaining consent where required. We do not currently use reader information for behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels and device identifiers. The current public website's own scripts do not set advertising or analytics cookies or use local storage to build reader profiles. A browser may cache website files to improve loading.

You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Controls apply to that browser and device; clearing cookies can also clear previously saved preferences on services you use. If non-essential cookies are added, the notice and choices will be updated to reflect their actual purposes.

5. Google AdSense and third-party advertising

Advertising is not currently active on this site. The following disclosures describe the use of Google advertising if it is enabled in the future; they do not mean that an advertising cookie is being set merely by reading this policy.

When Google ads are enabled, third-party providers, including Google, may use cookies to select ads based on previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to personalize advertisements using those visits. Advertising services may also process browser identifiers, IP addresses, ad interactions and related technical information for delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. If additional advertising vendors are introduced, their identities, policy links and applicable choices will be disclosed through this policy and the relevant consent interface.

6. Advertising and consent choices

You can manage Google's personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. For choices offered by participating third-party advertising companies, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page. These controls may be browser- or account-specific and do not necessarily remove all advertising.

If advertising or other non-essential technologies are introduced, we will provide consent controls where applicable before using technologies that require consent. Where Google's requirements apply to personalized advertising in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this includes a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the applicable Transparency and Consent Framework.

Any future on-site consent controls will allow relevant choices to be revisited. Google account settings and browser controls complement those choices; they do not replace consent required for a particular website. You may contact us about information handled by CreateMy, while Google and other providers handle requests concerning their own services under their policies.

7. Service providers and information sharing

Hosting, network and security providers may process technical information needed to operate the website. Email providers process correspondence when you contact us; the published contact address uses Gmail, a Google service. Providers may process information in countries different from your own under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We do not currently sell personal information or share reader identifiers with advertising networks. If future advertising creates additional sharing, including activity classified as a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy law, the disclosures and required choices will be updated before that processing begins.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our rights or the safety of others.

8. Retention and security

We retain correspondence and other information for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including handling follow-up questions and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. Retention of infrastructure logs and provider-held data also depends on the relevant provider's practices. We do not claim a single fixed retention period for every type of information.

We seek to limit access to information and use appropriate safeguards for the services involved. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not use ordinary editorial email to send confidential records or credentials.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, a copy or portability of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on it and to complain to an appropriate supervisory authority.

Send requests to AbagiuOmbretta@gmail.com, describing the correspondence or information involved. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. We will handle requests within applicable requirements, subject to relevant exceptions. We do not need a copy of an identity document for an ordinary editorial question.

10. Children's privacy

This is a general-audience pet-care publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact the published email address so we can review the circumstances and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

11. Links to external websites

Articles may link to veterinary organizations, reference material or other independent services. Following a link takes you to a website with its own information practices. Review that provider's policy before submitting information. A reference link does not mean CreateMy controls or endorses every part of the external service.

12. Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy when site features, service providers or information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required, material changes will be accompanied by additional notice or a request for consent.
